  • How many people does your venue hold?
    The Rooftop on Basin can easily accommodate parties of 50-200 guests. Every event is unique and we work closely with you create the perfect setting for your event.
  • Is there parking available?
    FREE PARKING is available for up to 30 vehicles. $10 prepaid parking is available for anything over that. The Rooftop on Basin is handicap accessible.
  • What are your rental fee's?
    Sunday- Thursday Day Rental $1,500 Sunday- Thursday Evening Rental $3,000 Friday- Saturday Day Rental $3,000 Friday- Saturday Evening Rental $4,000 Museum Rental ADD ON $1,000 The rental fee serves as your deposit and will be due in full at the time of signing. A signed contract and deposit are required to guarantee the date of your event. Remaining balance due two weeks prior to your event.
  • How long does my rental last?
    Pricing is based on a 3 hour event (additional time for set-up and clean-up included). Events extended beyond the 3 hour timeframe will require additional charges. A Day Rental Fee applies to any event held between the hours of 8am-4pm. Evening Rental Fee applies to any event held between the hours of 5pm-12am.
  • Is security provided?
    Security is required for all events held at night. This fee is included into your rental agreement. Additional security may be required for some events.
  • Can I bring in an outside caterer?
    Food, Beverage and Event Services exclusively provided by Award-Winning Messina’s Catering & Events, a professional, family-run Full-Service Caterer. Our experienced sales, culinary and operations team provides five-star service and expertise in New Orleans cuisine. Whether your style is fun, romantic, classic, down-to earth or elegant, Messina’s Catering and Events can create a custom menu that reflects your personal taste and flair.
